From desktop PCs to top-secret server rooms, the U.S. Air Force operates more computers than almost any other organization on the planet. Keeping these critical tools up and running is the responsibility of Client Systems specialists. Day to day, they ensure software and hardware are operating properly as well as troubleshoot and repair any issues users may have. These Airmen require secret clearance at a minimum to do their jobs and top-secret clearance when working in more sensitive areas.
After eight-and-a-half weeks of Basic Military Training, every Airman goes to technical training to learn their career. Here's the basic information about Client Systems technical training:
