When an Airman is injured or wounded, as a Physical Medicine Specialist, you'll be there to help them get back on their feet. You'll work hand in hand with a physical therapist to help people learn and perform exercises to help them recover from muscle and bone problems. From physical therapy to massages to electronic treatments, you'll play a vital role in helping injured Airmen make a full recovery.
After eight-and-a-half weeks of Basic Military Training, every Airman goes to technical training to learn their career. Here's the basic information about Physical Medicine Specialist technical training:
